Family Nurturing



The program is an intensive twelve-week program (3 hours, 1 night per week) designed to promote positive, healthy and nurturing interactions between parents and their adolescents (12 to 19 yrs.).

General Goals:
1. Increasing empathy in parents and teenagers
2. Increasing self-esteem and self-concept
3. Learning alternatives to physical and verbal aggression
4. Increasing an awareness of the developmental needs and characteristics of adolescents
