PRIMARY GOAL:
To keep youth from entering custody and to support releases from custody, through the provision of intensive community and family focused program.
OBJECTIVES:
1. Enhancing the assessment and treatment of problems, which contribute to criminal behavior
2. Case conferencing and addressing case planning concerns with regard to individual and family needs
3. Increasing supports and services to families
4. Increasing supervision and structured daily living
5. Increasing opportunities for youth by involving them in pro-social activities
6. Enhancing the youth and the family’s awareness and access to supportive resources required for effective parenting
7. Improving physical health and psychological wellness
8. Improving the youth’s educational and vocational functioning and increase their social interaction
