The aim of the Community Adult Learning Program(CALP) is to enhance the overall academic standing of those individuals who have not had the opportunity to have completed their primary educational training.

CALP operates from September to May on a continuous intake basis.
Morning session: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Afternoon session:1:00 PM - 4:00 PM.


Goals:
1. To contribute to the reduction of illiteracy in New Brunswick
2. To raise the literacy level of New Brunswick adults
3. To deliver GED preparation training that is accessible, relevant, flexible and cost effective

Objectives:
1. To promote participants economic, social and personal well being
2. To prepare participants for post-secondary training
3. To enhance participants existing knowledge base to be more job skilled or job ready
4. To increase competency in writing the GED Tests
